Areas of Practice
Muscular Assessment – Identifying weaknesses and imbalances to determine individual needs
Corrective Exercise – Activating dormant muscles and programming proper movement patterns
Strength Training – Building muscle mass to sculpt the body and maximize total strength
Metabolic Conditioning – Increasing cardio capacity and endurance with high intensity intervals
Nutrition Coaching – Establishing healthy habits to reach fitness goals and maintain optimal health
Training is an art, not just science. It's a delicate dance between damage and growth. Having a plan is important but you often need to improvise. No matter what your goals are, the approach remains the same. First, we address problem areas and make sure the entire system is functioning. Then we add resistance, increase volume, and intensity as we progress. Each client’s journey is different, but the process never changes.
My training method is focused on weightlifting and metabolic conditioning, with heavy emphasis on mobility and functional movement. I use bodybuilding and powerlifting protocols to increase muscle mass. I also design athletic circuits to improve endurance and increase work capacity. Strength is health. Aesthetics are important too, but living free of pain and illness is the ultimate goal. Train hard, but keep it S.M.A.R.T.
